christmas.
it's different without lolo but we're alright. :) lots of food, did an actual game of deal or no deal WHERE I WON P10. held a couple of games for the helpers too and they won so much more than i did. hahaha. :) this year was warmer than most. it felt like it meant a lot and it shows how much stronger we've grown in the past few months. i still miss lolo, though. :) we had margaritas, kris kringle revelations, and talent portions. really happy with my gifts this year though. apart from the cash, of course. i really think my family's starting to get what i'm "about". ah crap, you get the deal.
saw something i shouldn't have seen today. kinda hurt.
for the record, i never speak about you that way to anybody. nor did i feel the dire need to vent about you that way in front of everyone about really specific things. if ever i did, nobody would've really known it was you. apparently you talk about me more than i can really appreciate. people know without you having to say my name and that gets me. i'm sorry you feel or ever felt that way about me but i never made our personal issues public the way you did. i would never attack you like that and tell the entire world that i feel you're "too much". i don't involve or tell anyone the things we say to each other when we don't get along. i don't backbite you that way. at least now i know i should keep my guard up with you. ps, i still always defend you.
please don't talk to me about this or even mention it. i'd really rather not get into it. it's done already.
regardless though, christmas 2007 is fantastic. :) i still find it hard to believe that we don't have a christmas tree in alexandra anymore, but hey, what else did we really use them for right? all the presents go straight to tita joanne's house anyway. :) we took a lot of pictures this year, and i'm glad that we've still kept a lot of the traditions we've had ever since. :)
i'm in 9th street. slept over to be with my family when christmas struck at midnight. :) raissa and rainna are asleep, fry's still online since he just recently discovered multiply. silly boy. :)) it feels good. i can't remember the last time we slept in the same room altogether. it's different living with lola talaga. maybe these are the warm and fuzzies everyone fusses about on christmas. <3 hope yours is going as great as mine, you guys. have a jolly holly christmas. xoxo. <3

went to the meeting this afternoon for a couple of announcements and killed time at an internet cafe before training. man, there was SO MUCH time to kill. thank God i have fantabulous friends like katrina domingo and tums abello to keep me company. :) after two hours, my neck was sore and my eyes were hurting so much that i really had to get out. i had around an hour left so i hung around the sports development office and goofed around with the others.
phangga's dad asked her to head home right after class so she couldn't train. i was really really tempted to head home with her because my perpetual katamaran started kicking in by the fourth hour of waiting but then i figured i'd be really dumb to waste my time like that so i decided to stick it out anyway. luckily enough, they only started learning the new routine last monday so i still had a couple of things to cram before they taught new choreography today. buti naman nakahabol ako. the routine's great but my back hurts like anything and my legs are sore. :) took the train home for the first time this late tonight. it wasn't as bad as i thought it'd be. there were still a good number of people getting home so i was slightly relieved. hahaha! training again on friday, i'm kind of excited. competition on feb. coach thinks this is our year. hahahah. :) we placed third last year.
speaking of which, bianca's 22nd is on friday too. small get together for us in cuisine again. i'm kind of excited to wear another one of the dresses i've tucked away. it's funny how i really dress up for my friends. NO ONE ELSE BUT YOU GUYS, I REALLY MEAN IT! :) high school fun all over again siyempre kay bianca. my friends have been posting really embarassing photographs from the past that we all can barely remember (you all know why!) and even though i get that warm fuzzy feeling, i kind of cringe. :)) man, for all of you who are still in high school, you're really lucky that digicams are so popular. the few pictures we have aren't exactly good ones. good times, though. i love how we flood our high school pictures albums with comments about how awesome our "glory days" were. but hey, i really think they were something else. ;)
watched double jeopardy earlier this evening on the phone with trina. we love ashley judd. ♥ huhuhu! maybe i'll watch veronica mars in a bit if i'm not too sleepy. well anyway, i promised myself that i'd get to work on the requirements for my advertising design class tomorrow. stress, i've gotta catch up there too. hate that class, though. WHY DOES IT HAVE TO TAKE UP MY ENTIRE SATURDAY. :( hope i get to eat in uncle moe's tomorrow. i'm craving for ox brain. mmmmm. :)

spent today at home, pretty much. my mom, tita joanne, and cara came over and we spent the afternoon talking about people in the latest issue of lifestyle asia. man, the chismis you get from your own family members. we sat around my lola's bed talking about their previous love lives, CARA GIVING ME HER BALENCIAGA, among other things. life is good. :) i told you guys december is going to be fantastic.
anyway, went to trinoma with mik and we both ended up reserving stuff from the adidas originals store. PLEASE SOMEONE GET ME OUT OF THIS POVERTY. i need to get this stuff and i've already maxed out my credit card huhuhu. you all are probably thinking i'm such a brat and overreacting but yeah. i'm about to get my period so BACK OFF. just kidding. :))

friday night was good. foursome, as usual. we were able to check out the new club which was gorgeous, btw. :) dressed to the nines. we loved it. been hanging with the girls a lot lately and have been pouring all my emotions out on retail therapy and oversized portions of food. it's temporary, but it helps nonetheless. this isn't my MONTH - hahaha, the girls know that. who knows? maybe december will be better. LUKEWARM ISN'T FUN AT ALL. hahaha i remember chino telling me once that i've got it good. now i really have no idea.

another Days weekend over. reedley batch one was a success. :) missed friday night because i promised the girls a night out but i was there yesterday and today, at least. felt bad a wasn't able to hear a lot of the talks and i know i could've done a lot more than i did. i was glad to be back in Days though. it's been a while since the last one. this was the first batch one that i've ever staffed in. :) missed being with my Days friends and being in an atmosphere where i feel safe, regardless of all the damn issues i'm trying to suppress. i miss my ctk13 kids, most of all.
maybe december will be fantastic. you'll never know. :)
anyway, i haven't exactly been pulling my workload around school lately. extracurricular and not. haven't really been tiyaga with training lately and i've got a lot of requirements i've to catch up with. thank God my prof is the PUSHOVERTEACHEROFTHECENTURY that i can still get away with all the crap i pull. however, the extra push-ups aren't exactly my cup of tea.

this is the lightest term i've ever had my entire college life so i decided to find stuff to do. :) thankfully i've found a couple of rakets here and there to earn a little rather than staying in bed all day.
spent the afternoon at buding's shoot for her international line of nursing wear called blissful babes. :) we shot for the new spring/summer collection for the catalogue and the site. dudu hired me to "style" it so naturally, i got a cut. it was exhausting trying to figure out how to make the model look like a young, hip mom. her name was jemma chapman, she was 22 under W and from the UK. did i mention she was 6'2"? bwahaha i was on a stool for the majority of the shoot since i had to keep changing her and everything. she was really sweet though. it was tough not thinking about what i'd put together just for myself although there were certain frames that i feel i came out it. hahaha it's amazing how much they trust me. :))
got a gig rearranging the displays and interiors of a couple of branches of kameraworld and babyland too. i'm about to start! :) took the gig since it was easy money and they pay's pretty good. hahaha met with them this afternoon in robinson's galleria right after the shoot so they could give me an idea of what they wanted. :P they might refer me to fix up stores of this other label too. kiosk or something. :)) visual merchandising. whoever thought? hahaha.
been spending a lot of time with trina too. drinking at her place after the games with mikko and mike which has been pretty interesting. perfect attendance sa kabila, how ironic. :P it's been pretty fun though and i've made a lot of great friends. not to mention a couple of slight complications hahaha. saya. :)
game tomorrow. hahaha DLSU is asking for cheerleaders from benilde to be up in the crowd cheering there. got a text from the captain this afternoon. hahahah my ticket's from mikko what now. my friends are all in the other team and, in a nutshell, i don't really cheer for dlsu. never really did (although simon atkins is pretty hard not to yell about) hahaha bah step off, benilde plays in the ncaa! defensive. :)) i'm excited for tomorrow's game.
going back to kameraworld on friday to start fixing up the window display. they want it christmassy in september. hahaha what the boss wants, the boss gets. :)) hopefully they like my work. I NEED MONEY HUHUHU.

i haven't written, really written, in here in such a long time! :)
okay since everyone's doing this, i figured i'd jump on the bandwagon and try it out. hahaha! the hair's pretty accurate, i'd say. :)) hahahaha

so past the 40th day and everything, my family's actually doing alright. surprisingly, it's been easier to handle missing lolo without the urn here at home. seeing it reminded me more of his death rather than the good times. we put it in the crypt close to tito frankie's around two weeks ago. it kind of got to me thinking that i'm never going to see him anymore but i'm doing alright. so much better now. i know he's happy in heaven. :)
i can't believe that this term is coming to a close so quickly. i've got three terms left and i'm scared out of my wits. but yeah, mio's been.. fun. that's the biggest shock EVER. he's been piling it on thick but i enjoy the fact that i'm actually learning. :) we saw a tech rehearsal of cinderella at onstage in greenbelt one last week. it's an interactive play for kids - he did the set design. mio is impressive as always. i really feel lucky i'm learning from him. :) nakaka-intimidate pero kinakaya. kailangan lang ng tiyaga.

phangga and i are dancing for our friend's thesis. hahaha cabaret siya so it should be fun. :) we had our 2nd rehearsals today and the dance is pretty much done already. really simple. we come out for around 3,4 minutes. wahoo! and no, i'm not telling anyone where it is. :)) nood nalang kayo ng games kung gusto niyo akong i-support. hahah joke.
rainy season again. it suuucks. yes i understand the need for rain for the levels in the dams, but MAN. it's been really horrible weather. i've got the worst cold and i wanna chop my nose off. :)) not to mention i have to proper shoes. i'm not about to get my kicks wet just to cross a street. tsinelas nalang ako. :): oh yeah, school has officially banned wearing THONG SLIPPERS OF ANY KIND. ano baaaaaaa. that is the most preposterous, inconvenient thing i've ever heard of. hahaha di naman ako nagsusuot ng happy feet so bad trip. :)) i used to use training as an excuse but the sports department required student-athletes (hanep) to strictly follow that stupid rule. spent the afternoon at the hospital today with my family. lolo was looking good today, he was extra talkative which was really good. even if it's kind of hard to understand him sometimes, he's still the funniest guy ever. so many people have visited him already, today a lot of his friends from gradeschool were there this afternoon. :) tita myrna borromeo came around and started tearing because she remembered tricia, she was telling us what it was like before she went and it was kind of relieving in a sense. i know he'll be okay. :) hahaha and finally after the longest time, mr. bebong muñoz shows himself. man, i hadn't seen him in YEARS till this afternoon. he was telling us about how he's really recognized as "jolina magdangal's boyfriend" more than anything else. poor guy.
was supposed to head out to the nbc tent tonight for this coors beer launch thing. free beeerrrr allll niiiiigggghhhttt. WEH. but yeah, my entire body aches and i'm beat. i had dinner at racks and that's it. :) tomorrow maybe?

trina's party last friday was a blast.
we were all in solid colored dresses and fabulous. i swear, my friends are gorgeous! :) ok you can't really see my dress in this picture, but yeah, definitely a good buy. hahaha! neither of us can get over trina's 21st. hahaha we'll be spending our entire lives trying to recreate that night. amazing.
so i've been back in school for a little over a month now, and it's been pretty great since all my classes are in the new SDA building. in case you're interested in finding out how beautiful it is, maricris posted pictures of it here. it's so state-of-the art, it doesn't feel like it's in the middle of smelly manila. hahaha. check it out. speaking of school, we had the pep rally today where all the athletes had to parade around for a bit. i had nothing to do from 2:30 to 6 before training so we ended up watching the UST vs. CSB game (which we won by around 10 points) and eating at SEx. where i saw KRITZIA! she was meeting up with a couple of DLSU Dazers, one of them happened to be president of the squad of benilde. instant connection! hahaha turns out that a lot of the members are dazers too. :) training was alright today, learned a new routine. hahaha papayat na talaga ako for sure. sexytime. :)) NCAA opening this weekend, pretty exciting. i love dancing!

AND I FINALLY SAW JANTHINA FONG. hahaha you should've worn it as a dress dude. :)) had a really good meal at cafeteria, which i was really looking forward to the entire day. the club was packed last night, bee got us a table though thank God. hahaha man you couldn't get around without getting your poor feet trampled. btw, i didn't end up going schoolgirl whatarelief. hahaha there were a couple who took it waaaaaay to seriously. :)) music was good and the company was even better! my barkada, milan, mik, cholo and tums, chax and nino.. yay! it ended earlier than i had hoped, but hey, it's all for the love of bianca crisologo. who scored the cutest stuff just because she's great. hahaha! yay! ;) you were gorgeous last night, sweets. i missed the otherrrsss.
